In November 2023, 133 NW Broadway stood as two crumbling, uninhabitable homes from the early 1900s—foundations failing, interiors decayed, and one structure scarred by fire.
Father-son team Doug and Matt saw potential where others saw teardown. They purchased the property with a vision: to bring new construction ownership housing to one of the most walkable, vibrant corners of Bend.
By November 2024, the site had been cleared, and The Central was born—a collection of four modern townhomes designed for those who want to live close to the heart of the city without compromising on design or comfort.
